Double Face:
Take a front shot of your model and a side/profile picture. Stack them in photoshop. Use the marquee tool to select parts and delete parts. The important thing to line up in this is the iris of the eye....it looks like a full circle.

Flower eyes:
take a close up of a face. CAREfully pen tool out some flowers. you need to erase the eyes. You need to unlock the layer to do this so double click on the background layer fast and hit ok. The lock should go away and then you can erase. Place the flowers in the eye. To create depth you can use the burn tool to darken the bottom of the flowers...it will make them sink back into space.

Tear Away:
Have your model pose like their scratching their skin. Then either write something out on paper to layer in or find an image of an old letter to work with.
