List secondary colors: Green, Orange, Purple
Know what colors you mix to get orange, green and purples
Red + Yellow = Orange
Blue + Yellow= Green
Red + Blue = Purple

Does that make it lighter or darker? LIGHTER
What color are you adding to make a shade? BLACK
Does that make it lighter or darker? DARKER
